Since 1998 ACCESS has grown its business operations from a single unit US telecom company into a multi-national group with operations in Canada, United States, and the Caribbean.
1998 – ACCESS launches first – VOIP service in Charlotte NC and Sunrise Florida.
2003 – ACCESSFI launches MoneyNow branded prepaid cards in the United States.
2004 – ACCESSFI introduces ACSTRAX, cardholder onboarding and tracking system for employers.
2004 – ACCESSFI launches Hispanic prepaid brand, DineroYa.
2005 – ACCESSFI signs deal with LULAC (League of Latin America Citizens) to provide prepaid cards to its membership.
2007 – ACCESSFI launches PayDay branded payroll card program to employers.
2008 – ACCESSFI hits 600,000th card issued in the United States.
2010 – ACCESSSG launches BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) operations, providing customer acquisition and customer service to support nationally recognized brands in the US in the home security, satellite, and travel industries.
2011 – ACCESSSG launches Hispanic program to support customer acquisition and customer service for home security provider, Protect America.
2018 – ACCESSIS launches its proprietary network, CashSpotTM, to support payment card loading and cash back for prepaid card programs in retail.
2022 – ACCESSSG signs deal with VOCODIA to offer Conversational AI services to customers in the United States and Jamaican.
2023 – ACCESSIS launches VeriFiTM, the companies onboarding and screening services.
2024 – Operating division, Access TCI Ltd, receives Money Transmitters License from the Financial Services Commission TCI to Issue prepaid cards and to provide money transfer services in Turks & Caicos Islands.
